The management information specialisation comprises three courses designed to provide you with insight into the different existing and emerging enterprise technologies, and how to choose the right tool for a business need. You will deepen your knowledge of the concepts, principles, and techniques of resource planning and process management, learning how to strategically estimate and allocate resources to projects. You will also learn the system development lifecycle and how systems analysts work within the cycle using techniques of systems analysis and design.
