St Mary’s University website does not capture or store personally identifiable information (PII) or any personal data (as defined under GDPR), except where users voluntarily choose to provide personal details (for example on one of our online forms). Where personal information is obtained via our online forms we will provide specific information on the page as to how it will be used, or we will refer to our other privacy notices for specific information. We will not pass any information to other organisations or individuals without your consent. St Mary’s University is the data controller of your personal data and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR") from 25 May 2018 and the new UK Data Protection Act (2018). We may update our privacy notice periodically and if we do we will publish this on our website. This version of the privacy notice was updated in May 2018.
